Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using qondletechnology.com or engaging with any services provided by Qondle Technology (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Qondle Technology provides digital services including but not limited to photo editing, image retouching, web design, web development, graphic design, and digital marketing. The scope of each project is defined at the time of order placement or in a written agreement between both parties.
2. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be confirmed in writing (email, Fiverr, or direct message).
- Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. For new clients, full or partial payment upfront may be required.
- Retainer clients are billed on a monthly cycle as per their individual agreement.
- Late payments may result in paused services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
3. Revisions & Deliverables
- The number of revisions included is specified in each service package or agreement.
- Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be charged at an agreed rate.
- Final files are delivered in the formats specified at the time of order.
- Delivery timelines begin once all required materials are received from the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate briefs, source files, and timely feedback.
- Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials are not the responsibility of Qondle Technology.
- Clients confirm they have the legal right to use any materials submitted to us for editing or processing.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. Qondle Technology retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Source files remain the property of Qondle Technology unless explicitly included in the agreed scope.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client files, briefs, and business information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose client materials to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund.
- Once work has commenced, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis depending on the stage of completion.
- No refunds are issued for completed and delivered work that has been approved by the client.
- Disputes should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
Qondle Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Website Use
You agree not to use qondletechnology.com for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. Unauthorised use of our website or its content is prohibited.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law.
