FAQ
Portal Questions
Do I need a Google account?+
Yes — Google Drive access requires a Google account (Gmail or Google Workspace). If you don’t have one, they’re free to create at google.com.
How do I upload files to my folder?+
We’ll share the folder with your Google account. Open it in your browser at drive.google.com, drag your files in, or use the Google Drive desktop app to sync a local folder automatically.
Is my folder private?+
Yes. Your folder is shared only with you and the Qondle team member handling your order. Nobody else can access it.
What file types and sizes are supported?+
Google Drive supports all file types — JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, RAW, AI, PDF, MP4, and more. Individual file uploads can be up to 5TB. For very large batches, compress into a ZIP or upload overnight.
What if I don’t use Google Drive?+
We can work with WeTransfer, Dropbox, or any shared storage you prefer. Just let us know when placing your order and we’ll adjust.
